We had to get close to our clients and broadcasters to find more resonable deadlines considering a better production planning and the challenge of a burned out team from a first season delivery.

We improved the planning and time management of the departments along with the use of some outsource to keep the production pace.
Shortage of workforce in animation and other departments.
I managed to find several resonable studios to outsource animation and layout, getting studios from India and Middle east. The top management of the relationship and communication with the outsource studios was fundamental to build an overall flow and therefore reaching the new deadlines.
Team Burnout
As Head of Production, I made the effort to be in several production meetings to speed up the top decisions and solutions and to build an horizontal environment with collective inputs and focus on the team well being.

Trust comes from long term relationship through common values. So being present in the main market events since 2016 allowed me to build a strong network based on my philosofies of keeping the feet on the ground and always looking at the big picture.

To find good clients in the creative industry it's important to understand that there is no pot of gold in the end of the rainbow. A good client is not in the promises of high rates but they are instead those who most understand what they want and the path to reach it, respecting your work and your time.
For outsource partners the main strategy is to spread work in more than one studio, to avoid eventual production flow oscilations.
